Hello Scrappy Friends!

I cannot believe we are going into the 5th week of 2019. January just flew right on by into February. I did struggle little with a few of my layouts this week; however, once I started searching Pinterest, it started to come together for me. I decided to take my inspiration from Heart Happy From Close To My Heart; Sapphire, Raspberry and Sea Glass are my go to colors!

As you can see, those colors are on point! I also decided to do some hanging hearts on my spread along with Heart flowers. It was so simply to do but it added so much more to spread. I also made sure to add my three boxes and I added drop shadows for the first time in my spreads. I round those out with little bit of white gel pen on the shadows.

I also made my little boxes four on top and three on the bottom, while keeping the hanging hearts moving onto the next page of the spread.

I also used two different types of stamp sets; one, CTMH A Piece of My Heart Set and two, Catherine Poolers' Hey There, February Stamp Set. I love the saying "True Love is like butter, no substitution for the real thing." It is so true! I just took the little hearts from both collection along with the three colors to make the hanging and flower Hearts. I did fill little in on the days I do have something to do.
